Just got back from my little trip this week.
Made it over to Dallas to visit with our youngest son, Beau. I was able to attend Wednesday night service at CoH. I joined in a class that Beau was leading and I was able to attend a service with Dawson preaching - what a great evening!!! I also enjoyed meeting more of Beau's friends - which is always a hoot!
While in Dallas, Beau and I had lunch with Hilary and Quinn! What a treat to meet this beautiful little girl! Quinn was such an angel and it was such a delight to see Hilary again!
Then headed for Nebraska, where I met up with Tim. We were able to spoil our grandson, Liam! What a joy he is and getting so big. He turned 6 months old while we were there. Liam cracked us up when he played 'peek-a-boo' with his blanket for us!
I was also able to visit with my VBFF, Sue. Sue is always so kind to put up with me and I thank her for that!
We attended a wedding of our dear friend's daughter Rachel! This is Bonnie and Glen's first kid to get married - it was a very emotional time for them - but, very happy time! And as always, it is such a joy to see them.
We then headed back to Tennessee. Tim on the Harley, me in the truck. Tim was lucky to make it back home without problems - considering the tread on his back tire was actually coming OFF!!! Extremely dangerous! Needless to say - he now has a new back tire.
