Joelton and Marrowbone Lake Ride

Saturday, August 29, 2009

Take a beautiful TN summer day, one Harley and two motorcycle
enthusiast and what you have is another adventure with the Heyen’s.
We decided to ride around the Nashville area, mainly in the hills
by Joelton. We rode approximately 150 miles on the Harley.
The hills are lush with shades of green.
A serene lake located near Joelton, is sitting pretty for anyone eager
to throw out their line. Marrowbone Lake is a Managed Fishing Lake,
in a secluded recreational area just waiting for you to enjoy. You are
not allowed to use your power boats here and there are plenty of
signs designating your catch limit. This catch of the day is located
off US Hwy 41A, onto Eatons Creek Road and then hang a right on
Grays Point Road.

We logged approximately 150 miles.
